So how does this exercise works?

Jumping Jon is categorized as a high intensive Cardio workout. His exercise is all based on a mini trampoline, with a handle for you to hold (just in case some of you might thought it’s a very dangerous way of exercising, it’s not!). All the exercise regime are primarily to the cardiovascular and a mix of anaerobic and core movements. It is suitable for all ages, men and women alike. Low impact to your joints and is more effective than running or treadmill.
